PV mounting systems for any terrain and any terrain, developed and manufactured in Germany
MEISER Solar develops and produces mounting systems for solar parks on any site, suitable for any terrain, whether agricultural land or industrial site, former airfield, mining area, spoil heap or former landfill.
Our mounting systems are manufactured sustainably in our own production plants in Germany and are recyclable. They are suitable for driven foundations, screw foundations and concrete foundations.
Simple electrical installation and wiring
The module and string cabling can be laid in the girder profiles and purlin rails without additional components. Suitable solutions for inverter mounts can also be offered and developed as an option.
The mounting system from MEISER Solar has a
lightning protection certification
. The continuous electrical connections between purlins, trusses and posts enable simple potential equalization.
Only high-quality stainless steel fasteners are used. The support structures are made of strip-galvanized or zinc-Magnelis® coated materials to meet the highest quality standards.
Particularly fast and economical installation
All MEISER Solar mounting systems can be installed with just a few tools, making installation particularly quick and economical.
Installation costs are reduced, logistics on the construction site are easier to manage and there is less room for error overall.
Assembly systems as required, statics included
We create a project-specific static calculation (DIN/EC/local) as well as table and component drawings to suit your module alignment and table layout requirements. Engineering and static calculations are carried out directly at MEISER Solar.
Installation instructions for each solar project are available in German and English as standard and can be customized as required.
From raw steel to the assembly system

Step 1
Strip galvanized and raw steel coils are delivered to our plant by truck.

Step 2
The coil is cut to the required width. This produces construction-specific slit strips.

Step 3
In the profiling systems, all punching is carried out on a project-specific basis and the end product is manufactured.

Step 4
If required, the components are galvanized in batches and finished by hand. The zinc coating is customized.

Step 5
The assembly system is ready for delivery.

Construction of the solar project can begin.
