From raw steel coil to mounting system
Step 1:
Coils of strip-galvanised and raw material are delivered to our plant by train.
Step 2:
The coil is cut to the required width. This results in design-specific slit strips.
Step 3:
In the profiling lines, all perforations are carried out according to the projects and the final product is manufactured.
Step 4:
If galvanisation is needed, components are individually batch-galvanised and finished by hand. The thickness of the respective zinc layer is determined separately for each project.
Step 5:
The mounting system is ready for delivery to the project site.
Construction of the solar project can commence.
